1. Start by ensuring the room and tile edges that you want to apply the epoxy are clean. Next, fill the area using the underbody. Abrade it up to a depth of 3mm.
2. Mix resin and hardener in a ratio of 2:1 by weight in a measuring cup until a homogeneous paste is made. Pour the colour of your choice into the mix and stir well using a spatula for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Fill the gaps with the concoction using a filling bottle. While filling, try not to go beyond or below the tile height. Following an interval of 30 minutes check whether the filling is sufficient or add more if need be.

Note that instead of a filling bottle you can go for a scraper blade to get the task done. If so, after blending the ingredients, apply the blend in the gaps using the scraper blade. Hold the blade at a 45-degree angle and drag it over the tiles applying the mix evenly across the area. During the process, epoxy will overflow. Complete the procedure ensuring that you do not leave even one tile or a part of any tile. Let it dry for at least 24 hours for optimal results. After drying, hold the epoxy cleaning blade at the angle mentioned earlier to scrape off the overflowed poxy that is now in the dried form. Now you have completed the application of floor epoxy over the tiles.

Please note that the above procedure is to be followed when you are working on gloss tiles. In the case of matte finished or satin finished tiles, remember to cover the tiles with masking tape before you begin the procedure.
